The general view of Dim Dim is that is a powerful open source approach to online meeetings, if a little complex to set up. In particular, I still cant find the end meeting button.
It lacks complicated features such as phone conferencing which more proffessional products such as GoToMeeting have, but has some nice features such as a simple client.
