Browse to mywebexpc.com, you should land at the above page.

Click “Sign Up Now”

Fill in the details in the required boxes. You won’t be asked to confirm your e-mail address, but it is recommended that you enter a valid one anyway.

You are now required to fill in your email address and password in again, to login.

You should get the screen above. Click “set up this computer for remote access”.

Now click “manually download installation”. A small window should pop up.

Your web browser will probably ban a file called aainstall.exe from being downloaded, you need to allow it.

Choose to run aainstall.exe rather than saving it to your hard drive.

When Windows firewall prompts you that aainstall.exe hasn’t been signed (a security feature to show a program is from a trustworthy source, click “Run Anyway” [assuming you trust WebEx] ).

Aainstall.exe should run once downloaded, click next.

Now fill in all the details and press next.

Now tick/untick the boxes as you wish. For the first couple of times you use mywebexpc I recommend that you untick disabling the keyboard and monitor, in case mywebexpc crashes.

Now click next, unless you want to restrict access to certain areas of your computer.

Now choose which method of authentication you want. The phone option requires you to have upgraded to mywebexpc pro.

If all has gone well, you will receive the above message.
